About Me

I’m a professional 3D animator with 18 years of experience breathing life into characters across feature films, television, and games. My career has taken me from cutting-edge motion capture stages to remote animation pipelines for some of the world’s most iconic franchises.

Since 2021, I’ve been working remotely as a Senior Performance Capture Animator with Wētā FX, where I’ve contributed to blockbuster projects including Avatar: The Way of Water, Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, Godzilla x Kong: A New Empire, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, and most recently, Avatar 3: Fire and Ash.

Prior to my time at Wētā, I spent nearly five years as a Lead Performance Capture Animator at James Cameron’s Lightstorm Entertainment in Manhattan Beach, California. There, I led a team of artists in bringing nuanced performances to life—translating actor movement into stunning animation for Na’vi, mechs, humans, and creatures during the virtual production of the Avatar sequels.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a motion capture animator across film, games, and commercial media. My credits include pioneering projects like the original Avatar, I Am Legend, The Incredible Hulk, The Adventures of Tintin (directed by Steven Spielberg and Sir Peter Jackson), as well as groundbreaking work during the development of Xbox Kinect and titles such as Gears of War and Tomb Raider.

I’ve also contributed as a mocap technician at Sony PlayStation Studios, supporting performance capture for industry-defining games like God of War, The Last of Us, and Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

From virtual cameras to keyframe polish, my work sits at the intersection of technology and storytelling—always focused on capturing performances that feel grounded, cinematic, and alive.
